You know you’re not living your best life. You may not be seriously ill, but your health isn’t what it could be. Trying to make a ton of changes on a drastic level at once, will create shock and confusion persuading you to go back to what seems easier. Binge Watching Television

Sitting for hours at a time can lead to serious health problems. This includes weight gain, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and a host of other issues. Small Step: often people watch a lot of television because they’ve got nothing else to do. Create a schedule that gives you constructive things to do throughout the day. Smoking Cigarettes

If you fear you’re too stuck in technology when you’re not working, try to reduce your usage. With time, you’ll become less dependent on technology for a healthier balance.

There are a lot of things people do that are bad for your health when done in large doses or on a daily basis.
